As the WGA has agreed to focus its attention first and foremost on proposals to improve the functioning of the Court, the main purpose of the meeting of 5 November will be to follow up on the video conference of 29 October with the Study Group on Governance (SGG) in relation to amendment proposals to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and to discuss the amendment proposals contained in the report of the SGG. If time permits, we will continue our deliberations on (already submitted) proposals for amendments to the Rome Statute and listen to any delegation that wishes to present its views. Thirdly, we will have an exchange of views on the organization of work of the WGA until the upcoming Assembly of States Parties.
