ALL delegations are invited to submit proposals by Monday 26 September to be included in the zero draft of the omnibus resolution. I intend to circulate a zero draft by 28 September, 2016. The first meeting will take place on Friday 30 September at 10am in CR8 (an invitation will be circulated in due time). A negotiations calendar for October/November will be circulated at a later stage, bearing in mind feedback on stand-alone resolutions in The Hague, the Sixth Committee schedule and other activities.
