The proposed agenda for the first meeting is as follows:

1. Presentation by the Registry of the Court’s proposal.

2. Comments on the Court’s proposal by the stakeholders.

3. First exchange of views among State Parties, with participation of representatives of the Court.

4. The role of the Hague Working Group in preparing the decision by the Bureau to implement a revised legal aid system.
