The Review Conference of the Rome Statute shall be held at the Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort in Kampala, Uganda, from 31 May to 11 June 2010.
Journalists wishing to cover the session and related events must submit an official letter of assignment and the completed accreditation form to the following e-mail address: [email protected] or via fax to +31 70-381-5476.
Journalists already accredited with the International Criminal Court do not need to submit the accreditation form nor the letter, but are kindly requested to confirm their participation via e-mail to the following e-mail address: [email protected] .
The application period for accreditation closes on Wednesday, 26 May 2010.
In addition, all journalists must submit a registration form of participants to the Review Conference by Wednesday, 26 May 2010 to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
Press badges will be issued and handed out to journalists that have registered and received accreditation upon presentation of a passport or a valid ID with photo. No admittance will be allowed to any of the scheduled events without prior registration and accreditation.
