NEW YORK WORKING GROUP - Video-conference Briefing

The purpose of the meeting is to have a videoconference with the States Parties in The Hague to have a briefing by:

  1. Amb. Maria Teresa Infante (Chile) on the work carried out so far regarding article 97 in The Hague and
  2. Ms. Nadia Kalb (Austria) on the work carried out in New York on the activation of the jurisdiction of the Court over the crime of aggression.


 The briefing is open to States Parties.
