WORKING GROUP ON AMENDMENTS (01)

The agenda of this first meeting will be as follows:

• Organizational issues. The Group will discuss organizational issues in order to agree on a potential work plan and schedule of meetings.
• Amendments to the Rome Statute. We will hear updates from the proponents of amendments to the Rome Statute. In this regard I would like to remind of the open invitation to all proponents to organize expert briefings. I kindly ask that any delegation wishing to hold an expert briefing informs me as soon as possible and no later than 10 February.
• Rules of Procedure and Evidence. Status and way forward.
• Other issues.

This meeting would be open to States Parties and civil society only.
