The purpose of this meeting is primarily to continue our discussions of the Belgian et al war crimes amendment. As per standard practice I would also invite other amendment proponents to update the WGA on their respective proposals, also by way of expert briefings. We shall also discuss the provisional amendments to rule 165 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
