  1) Presentation by the Court on the "assumptions phase" of the programme budget preparations; and
  
  2) Medium term budget forecasting: preliminary views of the Study Group on the potential content and format of a presentation of a medium term (up to 2015) budget forecast as an annex to the 2013 proposed programme budget.
