Oversight Committee - Sub-Group on Representational Features (SGRF)

The provisional agenda for this meeting is as follow:

1. Precedents in International Organizations: policies, regulations and lessons learned.
2. The definition of an "overall strategy for representational features": What should be included in the overall strategy?
3. Art policy: What are the main themes for representational features? What is the scope of artworks which is acceptable?
4. Donation policy: What is the basic policy for donations of artworks? What are the criteria for acceptance of artworks? Who is to make a decision on acceptance of artworks?
5. Management policy: Who is responsible for maintenance of artworks? Who pays the costs for maintenance? Do we need any regulations for maintenance of artworks?
