The purpose of exceptionally holding a full day meeting on three key issues is to encourage participation from States Parties not represented by an Embassy in The Hague, as well as representatives from capitals.
A "sandwich lunch" will be offered by the facilitator at the ICC premises.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1) Feasibility study on the establishment of a coordinating mechanism of national authorities dealing with cooperation;
2) Stocktaking of the work on arrest strategies; and
3) Cooperation and defence issues.
