At this meeting we will continue the work assigned to the New York Working Group. Thus, the proposed agenda for the meeting would be as follows:
1. Presentation on the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Court, by Mr. Thomas Henquet, Head of the Legal Advisory Section of the International Criminal Court, organized by the Mission of Belgium;
2. Expert Presentation on Gender balance and regional representation in the staff of the Court, by staff from the Registry of the International Criminal Court, organized by the facilitator on this topic, Ms. Gina Guillén (Costa Rica);
3. Consultations on the procedures for the nomination and elections of judges, organized by the facilitator on this topic, Mr. Stefan Barriga (Liechtenstein);
4. Updates by the other facilitators and focal points of the NYWG:
a. Arrears;
b. Others;
5. Developments at the United Nations;
6. Activities by the States Parties;
7. Any other business.
