NEW YORK WORKING GROUP (05)

At this meeting we will continue the work assigned to the New York Working Group and re-take the issues that we were unable to exhaust at our previous meeting. Thus, the proposed agenda for the meeting would be as follows:

• Expert Presentation on Gender balance and regional representation in the staff of the Court, by staff from the Registry of the International Criminal Court, organized by the facilitator on this topic, Ms. Gina Guillén (Costa Rica);
• Consultations on the procedures for the nomination and elections of judges, organized by the facilitator on this topic, Mr. Stefan Barriga (Liechtenstein);
• Other updates by the facilitators of the NYWG and focal points;
• Developments at the Court, including a presentation by the Office of the Prosecutor;
• Developments at the United Nations;
• Activities by the States Parties;
• Any other business.
