Non-Cooperation (02)

The agenda for the meeting would be as follows:

1.     Informal dimension: Consideration of the non-paper of the focal points on a proposed toolkit to aid States Parties to engage bilaterally and multilaterally in implementing the informal dimension of the procedures on non-cooperation.

2.     Formal dimension: The focal points would provide an oral summary of ideas and issues that were raised during the first consultation and would seek the views of the States Parties to define the way forward.
