This project involved reviewing the International Criminal Court Bill, 2009 for the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Ghana on instructions of the Chief Legislative Counsel. The clause by clause review by PJI's international criminal law experts resulted in a number of recommendations for amendments to the bill to ensure effective and full implementation of the Rome Statute.
