NEW YORK WORKING GROUP (06)

At this meeting we will benefit from the presence of the Prosecutor of the Court, the President of the Assembly, and some of the facilitators of The Hague Working Group.

The proposed agenda for the meeting would be as follows:

• Presentation by the Prosecutor of the Court, Ms. Fatou Bensouda;

• Report on the activities of the President of the Assembly, H.E. Sidiki Kaba;

• Briefing by the facilitators of the The Hague Working Group;

• Activities by the States Parties;

• Any other business.
