Concerning the agenda for this meeting:
- On the issue of the RPE proposals, I intend to hold bilateral consultations with interested delegations. It is my view that no further discussion of the matter is needed at this point.
- Thus, at this meeting, I propose that we focus on the consideration and adoption of the attached draft notification to the UN Secretary-General concerning article 124, dated 6 July 2015, that would enable us to continue our discussions beyond the summer.
- In addition, I wish to remind the proponents of amendments to the Rome Statute of the standing availability of the WGA to hold expert sessions. I kindly request those interested to convey a request for allocation of time for an expert slot during the fifth meeting, no later than 10 July 2015.
