The Special Working Group shall conclude its work on 13 February, approximately twelve months prior to the Review Conference of the Rome Statute, to be held in Kampala (Uganda) in the first semester of 2010.

All journalists wishing to cover the session and related events must submit an official letter of assignment by fax to +31-(0)70-515 8376 as well as by e-mail to the following e-mail address: [email protected].

The application period for accreditation starts on Monday 2 February and closes on Thursday 12 February at 17:00 hours CET.

It is advisable to consult the website of the United Nations Media Liaison Unit well in advance of the session in order to apply for the required media accreditation at United Nations Headquarters: http://www.un.org/media/accreditation/liaison.htm. No admittance will be allowed to any of the scheduled events without prior accreditation. Journalists already accredited with the United Nations do not need to submit the letter of assignment, but are requested to confirm their participation via e-mail to [email protected]  (copy [email protected]).

Film crews interested in filming inside conference rooms where Assembly activities are taking place are kindly reminded that they should always liaise with the focal point at the Secretariat in order to obtain film authorization from the ASP President, after which they would be escorted to the gallery reserved for that purpose. Any other requests for filming, particularly on the floor of the conference room where the Assembly is holding its session, should be cleared through the focal point at the Secretariat.

Audio recordings are permitted only during plenary sessions of the Assembly.

Documentation for the second resumption may be found on the website of the Court at here.
