The purpose of the meeting is to hear from the Registrar, Mr. Herman von Hebel, an explanation/clarification to the queries which States Parties have regarding the subject matter of the 21 July 2017 letter from the Registrar to President Kaba on the ILOAT decision from 28 June 2017 and its financial implications.
