The meeting would have the following agenda:
1) Introduction by Vice-President Monageng on the work of the Court relating to the pre-trial and trial relationship and common issues (Cluster B as referred to in the annex to document ICC-ASP/11/31/Add.1 titled “Study Group on Governance: Lessons learnt: First report of the Court to the Assembly of States Parties”).
2) Introduction by Vice-President Monageng of proposals in relation to amendments to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence: new proposed rule 140bis; and amendments to rule 76 (3), rule 101(3) and rule 144(b).
3) Other matters.
