Working Group on Amendments

The meeting will have the following agenda:

1. Consideration of the "Report of the Study Group on Governance Cluster I in relation to amendment proposals to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence put forward by the Court", dated 17 October 2014.

The Chair of the Study Group on Governance, Ambassador Håkan Emsgård (Sweden) will participate in the meeting from The Hague via video conference. The meeting serves primarily as an opportunity for a dialogue between the Working Group on Amendments and the Study Group in order to prepare ground for informed consideration of the amendment proposals in the Working Group. Shortly after the video conference the Chair would convene a meeting of the Working Group to discuss the substance of the amendment proposals.
