Working Group on Amendments (07)

The agenda of the seventh meeting would be as follows:

• Consultations on the appropriate basis for adopting an amendment (deletion) of article 124 of the Rome Statute;
• Consideration of the draft Resolution for the adoption of the amendment (deletion) of article 124 of the Rome Statute (contained in Annex I of the enclosed draft report);
• Presentation of the Draft Report of the Working Group on Amendments;
• Updates from the proponents of amendments to the Rome Statute;
