The agenda of this third meeting would be as follows:
- Updates from the proponents of amendments to the Rome Statute.
o The WGA will proceed with its substantive consideration of the Belgian proposal to amend article 8 of the Rome Statute. In this regard please find attached a revised version of a non-paper previously submitted by Belgium.
o Potential updates from other proponents.
- Consideration of recommendations to amend rule 76(3), rule 101(3) and rule 144(2)(b) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (the "Language cluster").
o Update from the chair on the status of small group consultations on RPE proposals (language cluster)
