The purpose of this meeting will be to continue our discussions on the provisional amendments to rule 165 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence. We shall also receive an update from the informal working group on the language cluster (REP 101 (3), 144 (2) b 76(3). On both accounts I intend to solicit views regarding how our deliberations should be reflected in the report to the ASP.
