NEW YORK WORKING GROUP OF THE BUREAU (07)

The provisional agenda is the following:

1. Briefing on the budget (Closed Meeting), 15:00 to 16:30
2.  Reports of the New York Working Group
   a) Adoption of draft reports
   b) Update on pending reports
3.  Preparations for the fifteenth session of the Assembly of States Parties
4. Review of New York Working Group facilitations
5. Developments in the Rome Statute system
6. Other matters

The meeting will start with a segment devoted to a briefing on the budget of the Court:  

• By the Chair of the Committee on Budget and Finance, Ms. Carolina Fernandez Opazo,
• by the facilitator for the budget, Ambassador Werner Druml (Ambassador of Austria to The Netherlands)
• and by the ICC Registrar, Mr. Herman von Hebel.

on an exceptional basis at the request of our colleagues from The Hague the meeting is open ONLY to States Parties.

The meeting will then continue as a regular NYWG meeting. the agenda will be disseminated by the end of next week.
