The meeting would consider the following:

1) Legal amendments necessary to operationalize the investigative function (presentation by the Temporary Head of the IOM)

2) Manual of Procedures: Discussion on proprio motu /independent third party

3) Summary of recommendations of the Assurance Mapping Study (note: only if it has been released)

4) Update on appointment of the Permanent Head of the IOM/extension of the appointment of the Temporary Head of the IOM, by a representative of the Selection Panel.
