Human society is criminogenic. In a post-conflict situation, equitable justice is a necessary guarantee in easing tensions and avoid the emergence of new conflicts. It is therefore important jurists understood as judges, lawyers, judicial defenders, defenders of human rights, parliamentary ... create favorable conditions to suppress most serious crimes committed during the conflict and if necessary encourage their transfer to international justice as impartial ICC
