Registration

The Secretariat kindly requests all delegations to fill out the revised registration form electronically (copy below) and to send it to the Secretariat per e-mail ([email protected]) preferably by 7 May 2010, so as to facilitate the issuance of badges for the Conference. The database will not work with handwritten forms.

Moreover, in order to arrange for the shuttle services from the airport to the hotels and conference venue, the Government of Uganda requests that all participants provide the Secretariat with their travel itineraries. This information can be submitted via the registration form referred to above.
