The Budget Facilitation supports the Assembly's consideration of the Court's annual programme budget. It provides a forum for discussions on the financial resources required for the Court to fulfil its mandate and facilitates negotiations on the proposed budget and related budget resolutions. In addition to the annual budget process, the facilitation considers broader budgetary and financial matters, including liquidity issues, financial regulations, security-related expenditures and other developments with budgetary implications.
